Sustainable growth for a business or organization is a result of planning that includes stakeholders and key personnel. Effective planning requires a strategic mission driven process that examines critical issues from the core values of the organization to implementation and evaluation of the plan. Without careful examination of the forces that affect the organization an effective plan is almost impossible to develop. Without buy-in from key players within the organization the implementation of the plan will falter. Without timelines, milestones and assessment needed adjustments will not be made and the desired outcomes will not be achieved.
